Directions

Apply a small amount to the affected area and massage until absorbed.

• Muscles and joints: massage into the area two to three times a day.
• Headaches: apply to the temples and back of the neck.
• Colds and congestion: apply to the chest or use in hot water for steam inhalation.
• Insect bites: apply directly to the affected area.
