Orders with confirmed payment received by 7:00 PM on a business day are handed over to the courier on the next business day (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays).

General Information

  • Domestic shipments cover the entire Italian territory and the Republic of San Marino.
  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, mailbox services, or forwarding companies.
  • Deliveries are made on business days (Monday to Friday), generally between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM.
  • Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by force majeure, traffic conditions, or logistical issues are not attributable to Omnia SRL.
  • LaCasaDegliIncensi.com issues a sales receipt for every order. If you require an invoice, please email your complete billing details to ordini@lacasadegliincensi.com before placing your order. Requests submitted after purchase cannot be accepted.

Delivery Inspection

Upon delivery, please verify that:

  • the number of packages matches the shipping documentation;
  • the packaging is intact, undamaged, and not wet.

If any issues are found, sign the courier’s delivery document with reservation and specify the reason, for example:

"Accepted with reservation due to damaged package."
