Soul Sodalite encourages the search for Truth, opening the mind to intuitive knowledge and promoting self-awareness.

Subconscious Frees the subconscious from outdated, unhelpful belief systems, making way for new ways of thinking.

Mind Stabilises mental energy, allowing a shift from an emotional to a rational perspective. Helps you express your convictions strongly in both words and actions.

Emotions By balancing reason and emotion, it is excellent for those who are hyperactive or highly sensitive.

Body Sodalite is effective for disorders of the throat, larynx and vocal cords. It lowers blood pressure and regulates the balance of bodily fluids.

Cleaning and recharging Immerse in cold salt water for a few hours. Alternatively, use Reiki, a violet flame or rest it on an amethyst or clear quartz cluster. Sunlight, avoiding direct exposure, and moonlight restore its vitality. Once sodalite has given up all its energetic potential, it will become fragile and break. At that point, it should be returned to nature by releasing it into the sea or a watercourse.

Use Carry it in your pocket or in a natural-fibre pouch around your neck, or wear it set in a necklace, bracelet or pendant. Place it inside your pillowcase to sleep with it. It is excellent during meditation and Reiki treatments and is a fundamental mineral in crystal healing.
