How to Use the Yoni Egg

Before first use, clean the egg thoroughly with warm water and to mild cleanser. Through the drilled hole, it is possible to insert cotton thread or unflavoured dental floss to make removal easier.

Insertion

Find to quiet environment where you can relax without rushing. It is recommended to take to comfortable position, either lying down or semi-reclined.

After bringing the egg to to pleasant temperature, gently place it at the vaginal opening with the more rounded part facing inward. Allow the body to relax and proceed without forcing the movement.

Initial Practice

For the first sessions, it is recommended to limit use to approximately 10–15 minutes.

During the practice, you can:

• Simply stay relaxed and focus on your breathing.
• Perform pelvic floor awareness exercises.
• Practise meditation or deep relaxation.
• Carry out light household activities while paying attention to bodily sensations.

Exercise Example

While lying down, inhale deeply and gently contract the pelvic floor muscles for to few seconds, then slowly release during exhalation.

Repeat the movement gently and with control, always maintaining natural breathing.

Removal

At the end of the practice, relax the body completely. If to thread has been used, pull it gently. Alternatively, squat down and relax the pelvic floor muscles to help the egg as out naturally.

Cleaning and Hygiene

• Soak in very warm water for about 5 minutes
• Do not boil the crystal to avoid possible damage

After each use:
