Natural menthol crystals are a highly concentrated aromatic substance extracted from mint essential oil. It comes in the form of white or transparent prismatic crystals, with an intensely fresh and balsamic scent, characteristic of peppermint. Used for millennia by the Egyptians, Greeks and Romans, and rediscovered in Japan over two thousand years ago, menthol is today a precious natural remedy for breathing and well-being.

Instructions for Use:

Inhalation of vapours: add a few crystals to boiling water and inhale the vapors to relieve nasal and respiratory congestion.
Environmental spread: put a few crystals in a small bowl of water on the radiator to perfume and purify the environment.
Aromatherapy bath: Dissolve a very small quantity in the bath water for a refreshing and toning effect.
