Shipping costs

Shipping costs are automatically calculated when placing your order on www.lacasadegliincensi.com.

Shipping to Italy and San Marino:

  • Express Shipping: delivery in 1-2 working days €5.90

  • Collection at the Delivery Point(GLS or Poste Italiane): 1-2 working days, €4.90

  • Free shipping: for orders over €39.00 (delivery in 1-2 working days)

We ship with SDA and GLS.

Shipping with cash on delivery (cash on delivery):

  • Fixed supplement of €5.00, to be added to the standard rate.

  • The service is available exclusively for orders placed with the utmost seriousness and responsibility,only if the presence of someone for collection is guaranteed. Cash on delivery shipments are entrusted to SDA or upon request to GLS. A good idea is to prepare the correct payment amount as the courier does not always have change.

Processing and delivery times

Order fulfillment

Orders with payment confirmed by 7pm of one working day are entrusted to the courier the next working day.

Delivery times

Delivery times start from the moment the courier takes charge of the package (collection at our logistics center):

  • Italy (excluding islands and remote areas): 1/2 days

  • Calabria, Puglia, Sicily: 2/3 days

  • Sardinia: up to 3 days

Note: The times indicated are to be considered average and non-binding. Delays due to force majeure, traffic or logistical conditions are not attributable to Omnia SRL. In particular cases, such as during the holiday period in the case of islands or peripheral areas, delivery times may extend up to 3/4 days.

General information

  • Orders can be delivered only on Italian territory and in the Republic of San Marino.

  • We do not ship to post office boxes, Mail Boxes or domiciliary company.

  • LaCasaDegliIncensi.com issues tax receipt for each order. If you wish invoice, it is necessary to request it before purchasing by sending an e-mail to ordini@lacasadegliincensi.com with complete tax data.
    Subsequent requests cannot be accepted.

Delivery methods

Delivery takes place on working days (Monday to Friday), approximately between 9:00 am and 6:00 pm.
The goods travel in packaging made directly by the manufacturer or in packages closed with staples or sealing tape.

Inspection upon delivery

Upon delivery, we invite you to check immediately:

  • that the number of packages corresponds to what is indicated in the transport document;

  • that the packaging is intact, not damaged or wet.

In case of anomalies it is mandatory to sign with reserve on the courier document, specifying for example:

"Withdrawal with reserve for damaged package"

Next, I go inside 8 days, it is necessary:

  1. send a report to the courier via registered letter with return receipt (address indicated in the transport document);

  2. open one anomaly practice writing to ordini@lacasadegliincensi.com.

Once the delivery document has been signed without reservation,it will no longer be possible to make complaints relating to externally visible damage.

Possible hidden damage or deficiencies must always be reported by 8 days from delivery, following the same procedure.
