Return Policy – ​​Right of Withdrawal (30 days)

You have the option to return your order within 30 calendar days from the date of receipt. Below you will find all the necessary information.

This policy is drawn up in accordance with Consumer Code(Legislative Decree 6 September 2005, n. 206), implementing the European Union directives on consumer protection.

Right of Withdrawal

If you purchased how Consumer Customer(i.e. a natural person acting for purposes unrelated to any entrepreneurial, commercial or professional activity carried out), you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 30 calendar days from the receipt of the products, without obligation of motivation and without any penalty, as provided for by articles 52 and following of the Consumer Code.

In the case of orders containing multiple items delivered separately, the deadline starts from the day you receive the last item.

How to exercise the withdrawal

To exercise the right of withdrawal, simply send an email to:info@lacasadegliincensi.com, indicating:

  • your willingness to withdraw from purchase,

  • the product(s) for which you intend to exercise the withdrawal,

  • attaching one copy of the order confirmation or purchase document.

You will receive a confirmation via email from Omnia SRL, to the address provided during the purchase.

Return requirements

The product must be returned by 14 days from the notice of withdrawal,intact,not used, in the original packaging, complete with any accessories, manuals or gifts received.
The right of withdrawal expires in the event of:

  • opened or damaged packages,

  • personalized or tailor-made products,

  • sealed items that are not suitable for return for hygienic reasons and have been opened (e.g. incense, essential oils, cosmetics),

  • software, audiovisual or IT items that are sealed and subsequently opened.

Return costs

The return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, as required by the art. 57, paragraph 1, of the Consumer Code.

Reimbursement

Omnia SRL will refund the entire amount paid, using the same payment method used at the time of the order,within 14 days from the date of receipt of the withdrawal request. However, we may withhold the refund until:

  • we will not have received the returned products, or

  • you will not have provided proof of shipment of the goods.

Default

If the product is not returned in the manner indicated above, you will not be eligible for a refund. In this case, you will have the right to request, at your expense, the return of the product, as received from Omnia SRL. In the absence of such a request, we reserve the right to retain the product and any sums already paid.

Exclusion of the right of withdrawal for VAT numbers

The right of withdrawal does not apply to purchases made by individuals with VAT number that they purchase as part of their professional activity. These contracts are not subject to the protection rules established for the consumer.
