Palo Santo (Bursera gravelolens) literally "sacred wood" is a tree that grows in the Amazon rainforests of Ecuador and Peru. It belongs to the same family as Copal, Myrrh and Incense. Its wood, leaves and oil have been used for thousands of years by indigenous shamans to heal the body and soul, purify spaces, eliminate negative energies and prepare for meditation and purification.

It is also used as an anti-mosquito, to purify domestic environments, against persistent odors and last but not least to promote meditation and relaxation.

They are made with the Masala technique, where the incenses are handcrafted according to ancient tradition, mixing wooden and vegetable powders such as resins, herbs, roots and barks, flowers, essential oils and honey. This precious amalgam is then rolled on bamboo sticks and dried in the shade.
