Arnica, a herb used since the Middle Ages for its soothing and decongestant properties, helps ease discomfort and support recovery in sore areas. Selected essential oils with relaxing and stimulating properties complement the formula, leaving a sense of comfort and lightness.

- Bruises and minor knocks
- Muscle fatigue
- Tense or sore areas
- Use after exercise
The rich, natural texture lends itself to targeted massage and helps the balm absorb into the skin.
