White Benzoin – Incense Powder – 50 g

Lighting incense in a room or allowing a few granules to burn in an oil burner helps refresh the air: when the substance used has therapeutic and beneficial properties, the result is assured.

Working or living in an environment with energetically healthy air is very important for our mental and physical performance.

Benzoin incense has the following properties:

• Antimicrobial.
• Antifungal.
• Disinfectant.
• Tonic and anxiolytic.

Benzoin incense helps purify the air, especially in crowded rooms, spaces that have been closed for several hours or when flu viruses are present in the air. Its essence also helps with breathing difficulties caused by colds and blocked airways.

Its balsamic action stimulates the body's natural defence processes. As the incense aroma spreads through the air, its warm notes have a tonic effect and counter anxiety and stress.

It also has a substantial antidepressant effect. For colds, asthma, bronchitis or sinusitis, the use of benzoin incense in living spaces is recommended. The bedroom can also be prepared in this way by burning the incense about an hour before bedtime.

It is also useful for skin problems such as eczema, as it promotes purification.

Directions: In a suitable resin incense burner, light an incense charcoal tablet and place it on the metal mesh, using tongs to avoid burns. Use a teaspoon to place the incense on the charcoal. When it no longer releases fragrance, remove the used incense and replace it with fresh incense using a teaspoon.

Warnings: The charcoal reaches a very high temperature and MUST NOT be placed on surfaces that could be damaged.

AVOID: Glass or plastic ashtrays and thin metal ashtrays (as well as becoming extremely hot, they will burn the surface beneath them). Use heat-resistant supports such as stone ashtrays, censers or stone or metal oil burners. Never leave glowing incense unattended. Keep away from children and pets!
