Room diffusion: Add 4–6 drops of essential oil to an electric or candle-powered aroma diffuser, on its own or combined with other essential oils such as lemon, lavender or geranium, for a relaxing effect.
Inhalation: Add 1–2 drops of essential oil to a tissue and breathe in to reduce stress and irritability.
Packaging: glass bottle in a cardboard box. Label information in English; leaflet included in Dutch, German, French, Italian and Spanish.
