Gomati Chakra Pendant

Origin of Gomati Chakra stones
Gomati Chakra stones take their name from the Gomati River in India, where they were originally found. They are white stones with small circles that turn like a chakra. Considered a symbol of the Hindu goddess Lakshmi, they are also said to resemble the Sudarshan Chakra, the disc held by Lord Krishna. According to many Vaishnavas and North Indian oral tradition, Gomati stones formed part of Lord Krishna's palaces in Dwarka, India, adorning the walls and floors of many of his palaces.
