Special Cleansing Kit

Our Special Cleansing Kit includes:

• 5 Palo Santo sticks from Peru.
• 2 Californian White Sage smudge bundles.
• 1 Abalone Haliotis shell.

White Sage grows in the United States and Mexico. This evergreen plant thrives in areas with mild winters. It has cottony white foliage and pale lavender flowers. Young leaves are grey-green, turning white as they mature.

The smoke released by these plants helps eliminate positive ions and increase negative ions. Do not be misled by their names: positive ions are harmful to our health, creating tiredness and apathy and encouraging allergies, while negative ions improve our health and mood. Negative ions are released, for example, near a waterfall or rocks by the sea.

The benefits of smudging go beyond removing positive ions and negative energies. It promotes wellbeing of mind, body and spirit by allowing you to:

1. Heal past traumas or negative experiences.
2. Cleanse objects of energies they may have absorbed over the years.
3. Create a more positive environment.
4. Reduce stress, anxiety and depression.
5. Cleanse the aura of negative influences.

Palo Santo has the property of attracting wellbeing and abundance. Unlike conventional incense, which burns completely once lit, a Palo Santo stick can be lit several times. In aromatherapy, its delicate scent has calming and strongly energising properties. A truly exceptional item and a real botanical rarity.

Abalone Haliotis shell for burning incense such as white sage and Palo Santo.

Smudging is an ancient Native American practice in which bundles of herbs and/or fragrant woods, such as white sage and Palo Santo, are tied together in an abalone shell. It forms part of a ritual ceremony or energetically cleanses a home or other space. The shell's natural holes supply air.

Note: This is a natural product. Variations in size and colour are normal, as are “imperfections” around the edges and surface. Any algae deposits can be brushed away under running water.
