Tumbled Prehnite

Prehnite prevents the wearer from being affected by external negative energies. It acts very slowly, so wearing it against the skin is recommended.

Beneficial for the soul, it calms the mind and is ideally recharged in the light of the waxing moon.

Please note Colour and shape may differ from the photograph, as every natural stone is unique.

Soul Prehnite strongly encourages you to stop suppressing or rejecting difficulties and escaping from problems.

Subconscious Helps you accept your limitations and suffering, encouraging determination to work inwardly to improve your life. Helps create new patterns of behaviour.

Mind Helps accept unpleasant truths about yourself and find the strength to leave desperate situations, including addiction to drugs, alcohol, food or compulsive gambling.

Emotions Increases the ability to endure pain and suffering, allowing them to be worked through and overcome.

Body Removes fat-soluble toxic substances, regulates fat metabolism and encourages cellular regeneration.

Cleaning and recharging Immerse in cold salt water for a few hours. Alternatively, use Reiki, a violet flame or rest it on an amethyst or clear quartz cluster. Sunlight, avoiding direct exposure, and moonlight restore its vitality. Once prehnite has given up all its energetic potential, it will become fragile and break. At that point, it should be returned to nature by releasing it into the sea or a watercourse.

Use Carry it in your pocket or in a natural-fibre pouch around your neck, or wear it set in a necklace, bracelet or pendant. Sleep with it inside your pillowcase. Excellent during meditation and Reiki treatments, and an important mineral in crystal healing.
