Natural Rose Quartz Yoni Egg – 4 cm

The Natural Rose Quartz Yoni Egg is traditionally used for feminine awareness, pelvic floor well-being and connection with inner energy.

The Sanskrit word Yoni represents the feminine creative principle and is associated with Shakti, goddess of strength, vitality and generative power. Used for centuries in some Eastern traditions, the egg supports exercises for strengthening the pelvic floor and rediscovering femininity.

How to use the yoni egg

Before first use, clean thoroughly with hot water and a mild cleanser. Cotton thread or unflavoured dental floss can be passed through the hole to aid removal.

Insertion

Find a quiet place where you can relax without rushing. Choose a comfortable position, lying down or semi-reclined.

Once the egg is at a comfortable temperature, gently place it at the vaginal opening with the more rounded end facing inwards. Let your body relax and proceed without forcing.

Initial practice

For the first sessions, limit use to approximately 10–15 minutes.

During practice you can:

• Remain relaxed and focus on breathing.
• Perform pelvic floor awareness exercises.
• Meditate or practise deep relaxation.
• Do light household activities while paying attention to bodily sensations.

Example exercise

Lying down, inhale deeply and gently contract the pelvic floor muscles for a few seconds, then slowly release as you exhale.

Repeat gently and with control, maintaining natural breathing.

Removal

After practice, relax completely. If using a thread, pull gently. Alternatively, squat and relax the pelvic floor muscles to encourage the egg to come out naturally.
